Go to Internal Storage > Android > media > locate com.whatsapp folder > tap on it and select Rename.

11. Reset Network Settings
Try resetting the network settings on both Android & iPhone. This will delete saved networks (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.) and connected devices. This means youll need to pair and add them again.
Go to Settings > System (General Management) -> Reset. Select from either of the options

1. Clean WhatsApp Web Browsing Data
If the only problem you are facing is with downloading photos and videos, try clearing cookies and cache.
Launch Google Chrome > click the three dots > More tools > Clear browsing data > select all the three boxes > Clear data.
Open Edge > click the three dots > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Choose what to clear.

2. Log out and log in
